Since our last newsletter we have seen a global credit crisis, Lehman Brothers go to the wall; a massive amount of negative sentiment; house prices plummet; indices across all world markets in free fall and commodity prices going through the roof. All this has created significant inflationary pressure. What does this all add up to? Yes, we are in recession.
