COVID-19 - Update

Our office in Flax Bourton remains open for the present time however, having invested heavily in technology last year, we have managed to arrange for the majority of our Financial Planners and staff to work remotely.

We can be contacted on the usual office number and will either route your call on to the relevant person or will arrange for them to call you back.

Our Financial Planners often work away from the office and can be contacted directly on their mobile numbers, if preferred.

For the meantime, while postal services continue to operate, we will still correspond by post, where preferred however, we believe that email is a simpler means of communication at this time and we are also using a secure messaging service in order to keep your data as secure as possible.

We have taken the following steps to ensure the safety of staff and minimise disruption to clients:

  • All members of staff are equipped with the technology they need to work remotely and communicate with clients, should the office have to close, or individuals are required to self-isolate.
  • All non-essential meetings and site visits have been postponed.
  • We continue to review and monitor Government advice and guidelines.

We will continue to monitor and adapt our business in line with the unfolding situation and official government advice. If we do have to close the office, then all calls will automatically be re-routed to mobiles in order to minimise disruption.
