Sam joined Citimark in late 2012 and is currently working towards her diploma of Financial Planning.
Sam completes all administrative tasks and will help coordinate and support the financial planners.
Helen joined Citimark June 2016 and has worked in Financial Services for over 5 years. She is currently working towards obtaining her diploma in Financial Planning.
Neil is part of the Citimark Corporate Benefit Team, having spent 12 years previously working for national employee benefit adviser groups. Neil is the key administration point of contact for our corporate clients and provides support to the consultants in designing and managing group employee benefit schemes for employers.
Neil manages renewal negotiations for our group risk schemes, ensuring that employers achieve good value for money in relation to benefit spend, whilst securing the best possible cover terms for the scheme members. He also manages underwriting negotiations for business protection arrangements.
Clare joined Citimark in November 2009 after a career as sales support and office manager in various life offices. Clare has worked in the financial services industry for over 30 years.
Holly joined Citimark in August 2017. She is currently helping to support the administration team in all areas and is working towards obtaining her diploma in Financial Planning.
Having graduated from University College London in 2015, Josh has been working in the wealth management sector in London since and is committed to pursuing a long-term career in the industry. He is currently studying towards the CII Diploma in Financial Planning, in order to broaden and deepen his knowledge of wealth management.
Upon moving back to Bristol, Josh joined Citimark in August 2017 and supports two of the firm’s advisers with their client work.

Carlie joined Citimark in December 2013 and has over 15 years experience within Financial Services working as both personal assistant and paraplanner to advisers, providing research and compiling comprehensive suitability reports and reviews for clients.
Carlie has also achieved a certificate in financial planning and is working towards her diploma.
